Radford's cyclopedia of construction; carpentry, building and architecture. Based on the practical experience of a large staff of experts in actual constrcution work
A multi-volume trade reference on carpentry, building, and architecture compiled by Alfred Sidney Johnson and William A. Radford for the Radford Architectural Co., Chicago, 1909, aimed at builders and students learning drafting. Plates are line drawings of descriptive geometry and orthographic projection: lettered vertices, dashed construction lines, hatched cut faces, and plan-and-elevation pairs usable as diagrammatic pattern and texture.
