A 1921 textbook of machine drawing by Carl L. Svensen, published by D. Van Nostrand in New York for engineering students and working draftsmen. Its plates are line drawings of machine parts in orthographic projection: bearings, couplings, flanges and shafts with sectioned hatching, center lines, dimension arrows and fraction callouts, useful as ready-made technical linework and measurement notation.
